Our Story 

The Macclenny House began as a love story—and became a lifestyle.

After finding our way back to each other more than two decades after we first met, my husband and I took a leap of faith and started over in a small town in Florida. We purchased an old, forgotten house in need of serious renovation and decided to rebuild it with intention—from the walls to the everyday products we brought inside.

As we renovated our home, we began making simple swaps toward safer, low-toxic alternatives. Along the way, we discovered just how confusing the “clean” and “green” marketplace can be. Too many products look good on the outside while still containing harmful ingredients.

The Macclenny House was created to remove that guesswork.

We curate truly low-toxic, sustainable home and personal care essentials so you can feel confident about what you bring into your space. From our online shop to monthly subscription boxes, our goal is simple: to help you create a healthier, more intentional home—one thoughtful swap at a time.
